Groups with a 1001+ confirmed graduate group size  need to provide the following documents annually:

  • Minutes of AGM
  • New membership list or estimated number
  • Change of Office Bearers
  • Evidence of use of GSA logo & link to website/social media
  • Reconciled Accounts of Expenditure of GSA funds
  • Projected Budget for GSA funds – annual, in advance

Every 6 months they will also need to provide:

  • Highlight of activities using GSA funds
