1888 Building
GSA maintains a number of booking rooms and meeting spaces bookable in the 1888 Building. Graduate groups are entitled to use their gsa service account for larger events after hours or on the weekend to cover building supervision rates.

Learning spaces
Graduate groups can book Centrally Controlled Teaching Spaces (CCTS) during non-teaching times. Venue Management are responsible for booking these spaces, including:

  • Lecture Theatres and Tutorial Rooms under Central Management
  • Old Physics Meeting Rooms.
  • Wilson Hall and Yasuko Hiraoko Myer Room.

Affiliated GSA graduate groups have access to these spaces as student clubs, and for after hours events are charged at internal rates. Apply by using the online form.

Booking campus grounds
Graduate groups can book external grounds, including BBQ areas on campus, for events through University grounds. Apply via the venue management website by using the online form. Groups need to complete University authorisation and safety forms where relevant.
